The Energy Mizer® Door Type Dishwasher is a 25-3/4" wide dishwasher that uses low temperature chemical sanitizing with priming switches. It has top mounted controls, an auto "start/stop" feature, and a corner design. It can wash up to 40 racks per hour and comes with a delimer switch and a Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel construction and includes one open rack and one peg rack. It has a 1 HP wash pump and is NSF and cULus certified. Some of the standard features of this dishwasher include a stainless steel scrap tray, auto start/stop function, a stainless steel impeller, an integrated scrap tray to prevent food soil from entering the drain system, and all stainless steel construction for durability. It also has a built-in strainer in the water inlet to prevent debris from clogging the water valve and a pump purging system to eliminate soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle. The top mounted controls include built-in chemical pumps and a de-liming system for proper chemical usage. The dishwasher also has a unique spray arm system with upper and lower stainless steel wash arms that can be easily removed for cleaning. There are also several available options for this dishwasher, including a sanitizer alarm, a slant shelf, alternative cycle times, stainless steel dishtables, alternative electrical options, a solid/powder dual bowl dispenser, and a stainless steel scrap trap instead of the Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator. The dishwasher requires a separate 208-240v 3 phase 40 amp power supply.
