The Energy Mizer® Door Type Dishwasher is a 44" wide dishwasher with a double rack and low temperature chemical sanitizing. It features priming switches, top mounted controls, auto "start/stop" function, and a straight-thru design. The dishwasher has a capacity of 80 racks per hour and comes with a delimer switch, extended height wrapper, and a Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator. It is made of stainless steel construction and includes one open rack and one peg rack. The dishwasher has a 1 HP wash pump and is ENERGY STAR® certified and cULus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Standard features of the dishwasher include a large 20-1/2" clearance for dishes, 2 dishracks, a stainless steel scrap tray, auto start/stop function, and a stainless steel impeller. It is economical to operate, using as little as .97 gallons of water per rack. The dishwasher is made of all stainless steel construction for durability and long life. It also has a built-in strainer in the water inlet to prevent debris from clogging the water valve and a pump purging system to improve results by eliminating soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle. The top mounted controls include built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system for proper chemical usage. The dishwasher also has a built-in Poly ProTM scrap accumulator with a stainless steel drawer to prevent food soil from entering the drain system. The spray arm system features upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps, and the wash arms can be easily removed for cleaning. Optional features for the dishwasher include a sanitizer alarm, a slant shelf, stainless steel tables, alternative cycle times, alternative voltages, a solid/powder dual bowl dispenser, and a stainless steel scrap trap instead of the Poly ProTM scrap accumulator. The "TEMP-SURE" option requires a separate 208-240v 3 phase 40 amp power supply.
