    Single & Double Rack Dishwashers

Commercial dishwashers are essential for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the quality of the food served to customers. Among the various types of dishwashers available, door-type dishwashers are particularly popular in commercial settings. Door-type dishwashers are designed to wash, rinse, and sanitize plates, bowls, and similar items. They can handle a range of capacities, from smaller units that can process 10 to nearly 100 racks per hour, to larger units that can handle hundreds. These dishwashers are built to withstand heavy use, with a stainless steel construction that resists rust and damage. We offer commercial door-type dishwashers from trusted brands in the industry, ensuring top-quality and reliable equipment for your kitchen. Many of our units are also Energy Star-rated, providing excellent performance while reducing energy costs. Door-type dishwashers are ideal for operators with limited space, as they can be integrated seamlessly into existing layouts. They work best with dishtables that allow for separation of dirty and clean plates. Additionally, they come in both straight and corner configurations to accommodate different kitchen layouts. When shopping for door-type dishwashers, you'll find two categories: low-temperature and high-temperature. High-temp units use a booster heater to sanitize plates with water at 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Low-temp dishwashers rely on chemical agents for sanitization. Our dishwashers come with automatic tank fill, door-activated drains, and front-mounted tanks for easy access and cleaning. Controls are conveniently located at the front for instant and ergonomic use. Interchangeable upper and lower spray arms provide added flexibility. If you anticipate washing a lot of stockpots or sheet pans, taller dishwashing machines are available. However, it may be more practical to invest in a dedicated pot and pan washer or utensil washer for larger wares. Door-type dishwashers typically require a condensate hood to remove heat and steam. Additional features include a rack-sensing system that activates the machine only when a rack is present.
