The DH6000T-VHR Genesis Dishwasher from Champion is specifically designed to accommodate taller items with its internal vertical clearance of 27". This dishwasher is highly versatile and efficient, boasting a high-temperature Door Type design and a booster that can sanitize and wash dishes at a rate of 60 racks per hour, all while using only 39 gallons of water. As a result, it has earned ENERGY STAR® certification.
The unit is constructed with durable stainless steel enclosure panels, ensuring its ability to withstand daily use in commercial kitchens. An electric booster guarantees a rinse cycle temperature of 180°F. Additionally, the dishwasher features a ventless heat recovery system that transfers water vapor and heat to the booster, reducing the need for electrical heating.
In addition to its standard 1-minute cleaning cycle for dishes, this dishwasher offers a pot & pan mode with three cycle lengths: 2, 4, and 6 minutes, ensuring thorough cleaning of cookware. These settings are easily adjustable using the HMI operator touch screen interface.
Running this unit is made simple with its automatic tank fill and automatic drain valve. Water pressure is regulated by a valve to ensure appropriate pressure during the wash cycle. The dishwasher can be ordered in various voltages to match the configuration of your establishment.
