The dishwasher is a round, rack type machine with a single tank. It does not have a booster. It has both automatic and manual controls and uses hot water sanitizing. The machine has a 1/2 hp motor and is made with an all stainless steel finish. It is cULus and NSF certified. The standard features of the dishwasher include an external vacuum breaker, incoming water pressure regulator, and electric wash tank heat with low water protection. It is built with heavy-duty construction for reliable service. The round design of the dishwasher distributes even wash action for superior results. It also has exclusive counter-rotating wash arms for superior wash action. The dishwasher must be connected to a minimum 180° F potable water source for sanitizing rinse. It comes with three 17-1/2” diameter round racks: one Dish rack, one Combination rack, and one Four Compartment Silver rack. The Model 10AB has all the standard features of the Model 10A, but also includes a built-in booster heater with a 6.5 kW power. It must be connected to a minimum 140° F potable water source for proper sanitizing rinse. The booster heater is thermostatically controlled to maintain the proper sanitizing temperature. The Model 10APRB has all the standard features of the Model 10AB, but also includes a 1/2 hp pump to ensure proper flow pressure during the rinse cycle. It must be connected to a minimum 140° F potable water source for proper sanitizing rinse. It is designed for areas with low and/or fluctuating water pressure, making it ideal for facilities on well water systems or where flow pressure is below 15 psi. Accessories available for the dishwasher include a Peg Rack, Combination Rack, 12-Compartment Rack, and 6-Compartment Silverware Basket. The dishwasher uses 1.29 gallons of water per rack and can wash 45 racks per hour. It has a fully automatic 72-second cycle and a 4.5 gallon wash tank. The inside chamber clearance is 17-1/4” and the standard table height is 34”. The dishwasher is made with durable stainless steel construction.
