The Conserver® Dishwasher is a door-type dishwasher that measures 33-1/8"W x 29-1/2"D x 68-1/2"H. It utilizes low temperature chemical sanitizing and is a universal type, suitable for both straight-thru and corner installations. It has a capacity of approximately 39 racks per hour and features three built-in dispensing pumps, a built-in scrap accumulator, a removable screen, a drain pump, and an auto-start function. The dishwasher is constructed with stainless steel and has 3" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. It is equipped with a 1 HP wash pump and is certified by cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®.
The dishwasher comes with several standard features including auto start, a door switch, a wash thermometer, an internal sump design, an electromechanical timer, a removable scrap screen, a built-in waste accumulator, low chemical indicator lights, convenient top mounted controls, an air gap instead of a vacuum breaker, and stainless steel adjustable bullet feet. It also has a delimer switch for easy removal of hard water deposits and interchangeable upper and lower stainless steel wash/rinse arms.
There are several options available for the dishwasher including Scaltrol, a false panel, flanged feet, a water hammer arrestor, and an audible low product alarm (only available on 115v models). Accessories such as peg racks, combination racks, and 36-compartment racks are also available in various heights.
The dishwasher uses 1.02 gallons (3.9 liters) of water per rack and can wash 39 racks per hour on the normal cycle. It requires a single point electrical connection and has a self-draining stainless steel pump to eliminate soil/detergent carryover between wash and rinse cycles. The dishwasher has a fill and dump design that disposes of dirty water and replaces it with fresh water rinse every cycle. It can be field converted from straight to corner and vice versa for flexible installations. It has a vertical inside clearance of 17-1/4" (438 mm) and comes with built-in chemical pumps and priming switches. The dishwasher also features a large removable scrap screen and is constructed with durable stainless steel.
