This is a mobile, half-size CVap® Holding/Proofing Cabinet that can be placed under a counter. It is insulated and uses convection holding technology. It can accommodate either (4) 13" x 18" sheet pans or (4) 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. The cabinet has a field reversible hinged solid door with a magnetic handle. It features a C-Touch control with a processor, allowing for HACCP temperature downloads. It also has wireless programming capabilities, as well as USB and audio ports. The cabinet has an on/off fan control and a manual water fill. Both the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel. It is CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certified.
