The VCS2000 Ventless Range is an electric range with (4) French plates and thermostatic controls. It features a self-contained hood system and is constructed with stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The range also includes a convection oven base, front legs, and rear casters for mobility. It is cUL certified and comes with standard features such as a quiet operation, a 6-foot cord and plug, a self-contained fire protection system, and a 4-stage filtration system. The range is movable, making it suitable for leased spaces, and has an illuminated early-warning system to monitor filter replacement. It also has an interior incandescent light for improved visibility. The VCS2000 Ventless Range has an interlock system that disables cooking appliances if filters are missing, clogged, or in the event of a fire. It meets emissions standards below those allowed in NFPA 96 and ANSI UL710B. The convection oven base features a stainless steel exterior and interior, full-insulation, a two-speed fan, an ergo-metric handle, five HD oven racks, and solid state temperature and timer controls with programmable menu keys. Optional accessories include a pre-filter, a rear leg kit, oven racks for the convection oven, a HEPA/carbon charcoal filter pack, and a caster set with two rigid rear casters.
