The VCS2000 Ventless Cooktop is an electric cooktop that includes (1) fryer and (1) griddle with thermostatic controls. It features a self-contained hood system and is made of stainless steel construction. The cooktop has a cabinet base with front legs and rear casters. It is cULus and NSF certified. Please note that this item is non-returnable. The cooktop has several standard features including being very quiet with an average noise level of 68 dBA. It can fit through a 36" wide door opening and has a completely self-contained fire protection system. It comes with 6-foot cords and plugs for all 3-phase models. The cooktop also has a 4-stage filtration system and is movable, making it ideal for leased spaces. Other features include an illuminated early-warning system to monitor filter replacement, an interior incandescent light for improved visibility, and stainless steel construction for durability and easy cleaning. The cooktop also has adjustable front legs and rear mounted casters for easy mobility. Airflow sensors continually monitor airflow for optimal performance and grease removal. The cooktop has an interlock system that will disable cooking appliances if filters are missing, clogged, or in the event of a fire. The cabinet base features dual-hinged stainless steel doors for easy access. The cooktop's filtration process reduces emissions below the standards set by NFPA 96 and ANSI UL710B. The VCS2000 Ventless Cooktop is available in different voltage options and configurations. The WVF886 model is available in 208V 3-phase or 240V 1-phase or 3-phase with dual Auto-Lift 15 Lb. fryers and energy efficient flat elements. The WVFG model is available in 208V 1-phase or 3-phase or 240V 1-phase or 3-phase with a heavy-duty griddle and a single 15 Lb. fryer. There are also various options and accessories available for the cooktop, including pre-filters, rear leg kits, chrome plated griddle surfaces, fry pots and crumb cradles, HEPA/carbon charcoal filter packs, caster sets, and full-size and half-size fryer baskets. Please note that a grooved griddle surface is not available with chrome plating.
