The VCS2000 Ventless Griddle is an electric griddle with a 22" x 18" grill area. It features thermostatic controls and a self-contained hood system. The griddle is made of stainless steel construction and comes with a RW-26 (2) drawer warmer base. It has front legs and rear casters for easy mobility. The griddle is cULus and NSF certified. Please note that this item is non-returnable. 
 
 The griddle is very quiet with an average noise level of 68 dBA. It can fit through a 36" wide door opening. The 3-phase models come with 6-foot cords and plugs. The griddle has a completely self-contained fire protection system and a 4-stage filtration system. It is movable, making it suitable for leased spaces. 
 
 The griddle has an illuminated early-warning system to monitor filter replacement. The WVG136RW model is available in 208/240V 1-phase or 3-phase with a power output of 7.3KW / 9.5KW. It has an interior incandescent light in a protected glass globe for improved visibility. The griddle is made of stainless steel for strength, durability, and easy cleaning. 
 
 The griddle comes with adjustable front legs and rear mounted rigid casters. It has airflow sensors that continually monitor airflow for optimal performance and grease removal. The griddle has an interlock system that disables cooking appliances if filters are missing, clogged, or in the event of a fire. 
 
 The griddle has a self-contained filtration process that reduces emissions below the standards set by NFPA 96 and ANSI UL710B. It meets the EPA 202 test method. 
 
 The drawer warmer base features stainless steel exteriors and individual thermostatic temperature controls per drawer. The temperature is adjustable from 90°F to 210°F. The base has durable stainless steel tracks and bearings, humidity control, and each drawer includes a removable stainless steel pan measuring 12" x 20" x 6". 
 
 Optional accessories for the griddle include a pre-filter, rear leg kit, chrome plated griddle surface, HEPA/carbon charcoal filter pack, caster set with two rigid rear casters, and a grooved griddle surface (not available with chrome plating).
