It also has a 4-stage filtration system and comes with 6-foot cords and plugs for all 3-phase models. The VCS2000 Ventless Cooktop is movable, making it ideal for leased spaces. It has an illuminated early-warning system to monitor filter replacement and an interior incandescent light in a protected glass globe to improve visibility. The stainless steel construction ensures strength, durability, and ease of cleaning. This cooktop also features adjustable front legs and rear mounted rigid casters. Airflow sensors continually monitor airflow for optimal performance and grease removal. The interlock system will disable cooking appliances if filters are missing, clogged, or in the event of a fire. The VCS2000 Ventless Cooktop's filtration process reduces emissions below the standards set by NFPA 96 and ANSI UL710B using the EPA 202 test method. There are two variations of the VCS2000 Ventless Cooktop available. The WVF886RW model is available in 208V 3-phase or 240V 1-phase or 3-phase with dual Auto-Lift 15 Lb. fryers, two full-size baskets, energy efficient flat elements, positive off thermostatic controls, a manual reset safety thermostat, and stainless steel fry pots. The WVFGRW model is available in 208V 1-phase or 3-phase or 240V 3-phase with an 18 ½" wide heavy-duty griddle and a single 15 Lb. fryer with half-size baskets, energy efficient flat elements, positive off thermostatic control, a manual reset thermostat, and a stainless steel fry pot.
