The cooktop also has an illuminated early-warning system to monitor filter replacement and an interior incandescent light for improved visibility. Its stainless steel construction ensures strength, durability, and ease of cleaning. It comes with adjustable front legs and rear mounted casters for easy mobility. The VCS2000 Ventless Cooktop features airflow sensors that continually monitor airflow for optimal performance and grease removal. The WV2HSG model of the VCS2000 Ventless Cooktop is available in 208V 3-phase @ 8.9KW or 240V 3-phase @ 11.1KW. It comes with an 18 ½" wide griddle and 2 spiral style hot plate elements. The WV2HG model is available in 208V 1-phase or 3-phase @ 8.0KW or 240V 1-phase or 3-phase @ 9.9KW. It also comes with an 18 ½" wide griddle and 2 French style hot plate elements. Some options and accessories for the VCS2000 Ventless Cooktop include a pre-filter, chrome plated griddle surface, rear leg kit, HEPA/carbon charcoal filter pack, caster set, and grooved griddle surface (not available with chrome plating).
