The Drop-In Cold Food Well is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a capacity of (2) 12" x 20" pans. It features an on/off switch with individual thermostatic controls, an insulated pan, and a 1" drain. The inner liner and top are made of stainless steel, while the exterior body is made of steel. The refrigerant used is R-134A. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 5.5 amps and 1/4 HP. It is NSF and cULus certified. Standard features include meeting NSF Standard 2, a self-contained drop-in design, 1" drains for easy cleaning, and a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. It also uses CFC-free refrigerant and has a recessed ledge for pan support. The unit can hold standard 12" by 20" food pans and fractional sized pans. Additional options and accessories include 50 cycle operation, 220/230/240V compatibility, a remote on/off switch, a 5-year compressor warranty, and a 2nd year parts and labor warranty. Other options include a perforated bottom strainer plate, adaptor bars for fractional sized pans, and remote models without compressors or condensing units. Special condenser orientation and/or compressor rack position can also be requested. Remote models are available and include the compressor and condensing units with up to 20' leads.
