The Drop-In Cold Food Well is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a capacity of (3) 12" x 20" pans. It features an on/off switch with individual thermostatic controls, an insulated pan, and a 1" drain. The inner liner is made of stainless steel, while the top and flange are made of steel. The unit uses R-134A refrigerant and has a 1/4 HP motor. It meets NSF Standard 2 and comes with a limited 1 year parts and labor warranty. The design includes a recessed ledge for pan support and a stainless steel top and liner for durability. It also has a quick and easy service with sight glass, service valves, filter/dryer, and receiver. The unit is fully insulated with foamed-in-place insulation to keep food cold while saving energy. Optional accessories include a 50 cycle option, 220/230/240V option, remote on/off switch, 5-year compressor warranty, 2nd year parts and labor warranty, perforated bottom strainer plate, adaptor bars for fractional sized pans, and remote models without compressors or condensing units. Special condenser orientation and/or compressor rack position are also available for remote models.
