The Drop-In Cold Food Well is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a capacity of (1) 12" x 20" pan. It features an on/off switch with thermostatic controls, an insulated pan, a 1" drain, and a stainless steel inner liner. The top and flange are also made of stainless steel, while the exterior body is made of steel. The refrigerant used is R-134A. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 5.5 amps and 1/4 HP. It is NSF and cULus certified. Standard features of the unit include meeting NSF Standard 2, a self-contained drop-in design, 1" drains for easy cleaning, and a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. It uses CFC-free refrigerant and has a recessed ledge for pan support and to keep products colder and fresher. The unit can hold standard 12" by 20" food pans and fractional sized pans. The stainless steel top and liner provide maximum strength and durability. It also has an on/off switch with an 8 ft. cord and plug for easy installation and operation. The unit is designed for quick and easy service with a sight glass, service valves, filter/dryer, and receiver. It is fully insulated with CFC-free, foamed-in-place insulation to keep food cold while saving energy.
