The Drop-In Cold Food Well is a slim line, self-contained refrigeration unit with a capacity of (2) 12" x 20" pans. It features an on/off switch with individual thermostatic controls, an insulated pan, a 1" drain, and a stainless steel inner liner. The top and flange are also made of stainless steel, while the exterior body is made of steel. The refrigerant used is R-134A. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 4.9 amps and 1/4 HP. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is NSF and cULus certified. Standard features of the Drop-In Cold Food Well include a self-contained drop-in design, 1" drains for easy cleaning, and the use of Type-404A CFC free refrigerant. It also comes with a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty. The unit has a recessed ledge for pan support and to keep products colder and fresher. It can hold standard 12" by 20" food pans as well as fractional sized pans. The stainless steel top and liner provide maximum strength and durability. The unit is designed for quick and easy service with a sight glass, service valves, filter/dryer, and receiver. It also has an on-off switch with an 8 ft. cord and plug for easy installation and operation (for 120V models). The unit is fully insulated with CFC free, foamed-in-place insulation to keep food cold while saving energy. Optional features and accessories for the Drop-In Cold Food Well include a 50 cycle option, 220/230/240V option, a remote on/off switch, a 5-year compressor warranty, a 2nd year parts and labor warranty, adaptor bars for fractional sized pans, remote models without compressors or condensing units, special condenser orientation and/or compressor rack location, remote models with compressors and condensing units and up to 20' leads, and a perforated bottom strainer plate that holds ice above the drain to prevent clogging.
