The Drop-In Cold Food Well is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a capacity of (1) 12" x 20" pan. It features an on/off switch with thermostatic controls, an insulated pan, a 3" recessed top edge, and a 1" drain. The inner liner and top are made of stainless steel, while the exterior body is made of steel. The refrigerant used is R-134A. The unit has a 1/4 HP motor and is NSF and cULus certified. Standard features of the Drop-In Cold Food Well include a self-contained drop-in design, 1" drains for easy cleaning, a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty, and the use of CFC-free refrigerant. It also has a 3" recessed top edge to comply with NFS-7 requirements, a recessed ledge for pan support, and the ability to hold standard 12" by 20" food pans and fractional sized pans. The stainless steel top and liner provide maximum strength and durability. The unit also includes an on/off switch with an 8 ft cord and plug for easy installation and operation. Additional options and accessories for the Drop-In Cold Food Well include a 50 cycle option, 220/230/240V voltage options, a remote on/off switch, a 5-year compressor warranty, and a 2nd year parts and labor warranty. Adaptor bars for fractional sized pans, remote models without compressors or condensing units, special condenser orientation and compressor rack position, and remote models with up to 20' leads are also available. The unit can also be equipped with a perforated bottom strainer plate to hold ice above the drain and prevent clogging.
