The Drop-In Cold Food Well is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a capacity of (6) 12" x 20" pans. It features an on/off switch with individual thermostatic controls, insulated pan, 1" drain, stainless steel inner liner, top & flange, and a steel exterior body. The refrigerant used is R-404A and it operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 6.4 amps and 1/2 HP. It is NSF and cULus certified.
Standard features include meeting NSF Standard 2, a self-contained drop-in design, 1" drains for easy cleaning, a limited 1-year parts and labor warranty, and the use of CFC-free refrigerant. It also has a recessed ledge for pan support, can hold standard 12" by 20" food pans and fractional sized pans, and has a stainless steel top and liner for durability. The unit comes with an on/off switch with an 8 ft. cord and plug for easy installation and operation. It also has quick and easy service features such as a sight glass, service valves, filter/dryer, and receiver. The unit is fully insulated with CFC-free foamed-in-place insulation to keep food cold while saving energy.
Optional accessories include a 50 cycle option, 220/230/240V option, remote on/off switch, 5-year compressor warranty, 2nd year parts and labor warranty, perforated bottom strainer plate, adaptor bars for fractional sized pans, remote models without compressors or condensing units, special condenser orientation and/or compressor rack position, and remote models with up to 20' leads.
