The Drop-In Cold Food Well is a self-contained refrigeration unit with a capacity of (2) 12" x 20" pans. It features an on/off switch with individual thermostatic controls, an insulated pan, a 3" recessed top edge, and a 1" drain. The inner liner and top are made of stainless steel, while the exterior body is made of steel. The refrigerant used is R-134A. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 4.9 amps and 1/4 HP. It is NSF and cULus certified.

There are also various options and accessories available for this unit, including 50 cycle operation, 220/230/240V voltage options, a remote on/off switch, a 5-year compressor warranty, and a 2nd year parts and labor warranty. Adaptor bars for fractional sized pans, remote models without compressors or condensing units, special condenser orientation and compressor rack position, and remote models with up to 20' leads are also available. Additionally, a perforated bottom strainer plate is available to conveniently hold ice above the drain to prevent clogging.
