The V Series Deck-Broiler is a heavy-duty gas range that is designed to match with other Heavy Duty range equipment. It features a single-deck infrared burner with a cooking grid measuring 25-1/2" x 24-1/2". The deck is spring balanced and has a 5 position grip for easy adjustment. The unit is modular and has a stainless steel front, top front ledge, and sides. It also comes with 6" stainless steel legs and a 1-1/4" front gas manifold. The broiler has a pilot ignition system and infinite heat controls. It also includes a full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan. The oven burner has a standard output of 50,000 BTU/hr, while the convection oven burner has an output of 32,000 BTU/hr. The cooking grid measures 25"w x 25"d, providing a total cooking area of 625 sq. inches. The unit comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. It also includes four 25,000 BTU/hr infrared burners and universal rack guides. The unit can be mounted on a dolly or curb-mounted using the optional accessories. The oven cavity, burner box, and exterior range bottom can be upgraded to stainless steel. Optional features include a cap and cover for the front manifold, a fan cooling package, a 650°F oven thermostat and steel hearth, and a 3" high toe base for curb mounting. The unit is available in four different models: VIR1F (modular), VIR1BF (cabinet base), VIR1SF (standard oven base), and VIR1CF (convection oven base). The range has a total input of 100,000 BTU/hr.
