The V Series Deck-Broiler is a heavy-duty range match gas double-deck broiler. It features infrared over ceramic technology with two 25-1/2" x 24-1/2" cooking grids that move on roller bearings. The broiler has a stainless steel front, top, and sides, and is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility. It has a 1" rear gas manifold with a regulator and delivers a powerful 200,000 BTU of heat. The broiler comes with several standard features including stainless steel body on 6" legs, two infinite heat controls per deck, cold rolled steel grid bars for marking, insulation between outer and inner walls, and a one year limited parts and labor warranty. It also has a spring balanced five position grid for raising and lowering per deck. The infrared units have four 25,000 BTU/hr. ceramic tile faced burners per deck, while the ceramic units have three 32,500 BTU/hr. cast iron burners with ceramic tile radiants per deck. The broiler has a grid area of 638 sq. in. (25 1/2"w x 25"d) and a rear gas connection with a 1" regulator supplied. Optional features include a second year extended limited parts and labor warranty. Accessories available for the broiler include a quick disconnect gas hose and a set of 4 casters, 6" high (two locking). The broiler is a heavy-duty double deck unit with a stainless steel body on 6" adjustable legs. It has four 25,000 BTU/hr. ceramic tile faced infrared burners per deck or three 32,500 BTU/hr. cast iron burners per deck. The broiler has two infinite heat valves per deck for adjusting temperature and delivers a total input of 200,000 BTU/hr. It has standing pilots and a spring balanced broiler area measuring 25"w x 30"d. The grid is made out of cold rolled steel bars and is mounted on roller bearings. It is adjustable to five locking broiling levels. The exterior dimensions of the broiler are 36"w x 37 1/2"d x 74"h. It is CSA design certified and NSF listed.
