The V Series Deck-Broiler is a heavy-duty range match gas broiler with double-deck infrared burners. It features two cooking grids measuring 25-1/2" x 24-1/2" and is equipped with spring balanced, 5 position grip for easy operation. The broiler is made of stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, and comes with 6" stainless steel legs. It has a 1" rear gas manifold with a regulator and delivers 200,000 BTU of power. The broiler is NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified. Standard features of the broiler include a grid that moves on roller bearings, a stainless steel body on 6" legs, two infinite heat controls per deck, cold rolled steel grid bars for marking, insulation between outer and inner walls, and a one year limited parts and labor warranty. It also has a rear gas connection with a 1" regulator supplied and a spring balanced five position grid for raising and lowering per deck. The broiler is available in two options: with a second year extended limited parts and labor warranty, and with a quick disconnect gas hose. Additionally, a set of 4 casters, 6" high (two locking) can be added as an accessory. The specifications of the broiler include a heavy-duty double deck design, stainless steel body on 6" adjustable legs, four 25,000 BTU/hr. ceramic tile faced infrared burners per deck or three 32,500 BTU/hr. cast iron burners per deck. It has two infinite heat valves per deck for temperature adjustment and delivers a total input of 200,000 BTU/hr. The broiler has a spring balanced broiler area measuring 25"w x 30"d and the grid is made of cold rolled steel bars mounted on roller bearings. It is adjustable to five locking broiling levels. The exterior dimensions of the broiler are 36"w x 37 1/2"d x 74"h. It is CSA design certified and NSF listed.
