The V Series Deck-Broiler is a heavy-duty gas range match with a double-deck design. It features ceramic over infrared cooking grids, with two grids measuring 25-1/2" x 24-1/2" on each deck. The grids are spring balanced and have a 5-position grip for easy adjustment. The front, top, and sides of the broiler are made of stainless steel, providing durability and a sleek appearance. The broiler is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility and a 1" rear gas manifold with a regulator. It has a powerful 200,000 BTU output and is NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified. The broiler comes with several standard features, including roller bearings for smooth grid movement, a stainless steel body on 6" legs, and two infinite heat controls per deck. The grid bars are made of cold rolled steel for marking, and the grid area measures 638 sq. in. with dimensions of 25 1/2"w x 25"d. The broiler is insulated between the outer and inner walls for efficient heat retention. It comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. Additional options for the broiler include a second-year extended warranty for parts and labor. Accessories such as a quick disconnect gas hose and a set of 4 casters (6" high, with two locking) are also available.
