The V Series Deck-Broiler is a heavy-duty range match gas broiler with double-deck ceramic burners. It features two cooking grids measuring 25-1/2" x 24-1/2" that move on roller bearings and have a spring balanced, 5 position grip. The broiler has a stainless steel front, top, and sides, as well as 6" stainless steel legs. It has a 1" rear gas manifold with a regulator and a total BTU of 200,000. The broiler is NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified.
Standard features of the broiler include a stainless steel body on 6" legs, two infinite heat controls per deck, cold rolled steel grid bars for marking, insulation between outer and inner walls, and a one year limited parts and labor warranty. It also has a rear gas connection with a 1" regulator supplied and a spring balanced five position grid for raising and lowering per deck.
The broiler is available in two options: infrared units with four 25,000 BTU/hr. ceramic tile faced burners per deck, or ceramic units with three 32,500 BTU/hr. cast iron burners with ceramic tile radiants per deck.
Optional accessories for the broiler include a second year extended limited parts and labor warranty, a quick disconnect gas hose, and a set of 4 casters (6" high, two locking).
