The V Series Deck-Broiler is a heavy-duty gas range that is designed to match with the Heavy Duty range. It features a single-deck infrared burner with a cooking grid size of 25-1/2" x 24-1/2". The deck-broiler is spring balanced and has a 5 position grip for easy use. The standard oven base is made of stainless steel, as well as the front, top front ledge, and sides. It also comes with 6" stainless steel legs and a 1-1/4" front gas manifold. The deck-broiler has a power output of 150,000 BTU and is NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame certified.

The standard features of the V Series Deck-Broiler include a pilot ignition system, a grid made of cold rolled steel bar, and infinite heat controls. It also has a full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan and a 1-1/4" diameter front gas manifold. The deck-broiler comes with a standard oven burner with a power output of 50,000 BTU/hr and a convection oven burner with a power output of 32,000 BTU/hr. The cooking grid size is 25"w x 25"d, providing a total cooking area of 625 sq. inches. The deck-broiler comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. It is equipped with four 25,000 BTU/hr infrared burners and has universal rack guides. The "B" models also come with one removable shelf. The deck-broiler has 6" adjustable stainless steel legs and is made of stainless steel on the front, front top ledge, sides, base, and finishing oven. It has an 11/4" rear gas connection that is capped.

Optional features that can be factory installed on the V Series Deck-Broiler include a cap and cover for the front manifold, a fan cooling package for the "C" models, and the option to have less legs for dolly mounting of cabinet base models. The "S" models can be equipped with a 650°F oven thermostat and a steel hearth. The "S", "B", and "C" models can have a 3" high toe base for curb mounting. The oven cavity, burner box, and exterior range bottom can be made of stainless steel as well.
