The cabinet has a capacity of 8 bun pans or 16 steam table pans. It has a stainless steel interior and exterior and is equipped with 5" casters (2 swivel with locks, 2 rigid). The unit operates on 208-240v/50/60/1-ph and has a power output of 3800/5060 watts and 19.0/22.0 amps. It comes with a cord and NEMA 6-30P plug.
The Cook/Hold Cabinet has several standard features, including a removable control/power module, a lifetime warranty on heating elements, and the ability to hold temperatures up to 250ºF and cook at temperatures up to 350ºF.
