The Convection Commercial Oven is an electric, single-deck oven with standard depth and solid state controls. It features a 5-hour timer with digital display enhancement and a temperature range of 150° to 500°F. Each deck has 5 oven racks that can be operated independently, and the oven doors are removable and have double pane windows. The interior is made of porcelain on steel and has an interior light. The front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel. The oven stands on 23-3/4" painted legs and has a 1/2 HP blower motor with a power of 12.5kW. It is NSF, UL, and ENERGY STAR® certified. 

Standard features include painted legs, a total power of 12.5 KW, a moisture vent, a gentle bake mode selector switch, stainless steel front, sides, and top, a three-year limited warranty on doors, an oven cool switch for rapid cool down, a 1/2 H.P. two-speed oven blower motor, porcelain enamel on steel oven interior, on-board diagnostics for easy servicing, a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, and five nickel plated grab-and-go oven racks with eleven rack positions. The oven also has independently operated removable stainless steel doors with double pane windows. 

Optional features include casters, stainless steel legs, 480V/60 Hz/1 or 3 phase power, and a second-year extended limited parts and labor warranty. 

Accessories available for the oven include rack hanger(s), extra oven rack(s), a stainless steel drip pan, heat shields for oven sides, a stainless steel rear motor enclosure, and a down draft flue diverter for direct vent connection. There is also a stainless steel open stand with adjustable rack supports, a stainless steel shelf, and a choice of adjustable feet or casters.
