There are several options available for the kettle, including a correction facility package with security type fasteners and a stainless steel step over draw-off valve with a chain. Other options include a 480 volt, 60 Hz, 3 phase power supply, an increase in kW for specific models, and a second-year extended limited parts and labor warranty. The kettle can also be equipped with different draw-off valve sizes.
Various accessories are available for the kettle, such as a solid disk, a stainless steel 48" whip, a double pantry pot filler with a lead-free vacuum breaker, and single or double pantry lead-free faucets. Other accessories include a double pantry washdown hose with a lead-free vacuum breaker and a clean-up kit with brushes and a paddle scraper. Additionally, perforated stainless steel basket assemblies are available for different gallon capacities.
