The Fully Jacketed Stationary Kettle is an electric kettle with a capacity of 100 gallons. It features a spring-assisted hinged cover with a heavy-duty pivot assembly, a 2" plug draw-off valve with a perforated strainer, and a graduated measuring rod. The kettle is made of stainless steel construction with a 316 series stainless steel liner and flanged feet.
Standard features include a faucet bracket, draw-off opening strainer, graduated measuring rod, fully steam jacketed kettle, 316 series stainless steel jacket liner, one year limited parts and labor warranty, and stainless steel legs with adjustable flange feet. It is available in standard 208 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 Hz or 240 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 Hz options.
The kettle also has a reinforced hinged stainless steel cover with a condensate ring and drop-down lift handle. The interior bottom of the kettle is sloped to the front for smooth product flow and includes a mounted, tapered, plug type food product draw-off valve. It has an on/off switch with a signal light and thermostat control, a 15 PSI relief valve, magnetic conductor and electric heating elements, low water cut-off control, and a pressure limit switch with a pressure gauge.
Optional features include 480 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 Hz power supply, a second year extended limited parts and labor warranty, increased kW for 60 gallon models, a three-inch compression tangent draw-off valve with a perforated strainer, and a security facility package with security type fasteners and a stainless steel step over draw-off valve with a chain.
Accessories that can be purchased separately include a heat deflector shield, stainless steel whip, perforated stainless steel triple basket assembly, double pantry pot filler with a vacuum breaker, single and double pantry lead-free faucets, double pantry washdown hose with a vacuum breaker, double pantry washdown hose with an add-on faucet, and a clean-up kit with a draw-off brush, clean-up brush, and paddle scraper.
The kettle is UL listed and classified by UL to NSF Standard #4. It meets ASME code requirements.
