Standard Features: - The steam kettle comes with a faucet bracket for convenience. - It has embossed gallon/liter markings for easy measurement. - The steam jacket has a rating of 50 psi (3.4 kg/cm2). - The product comes with a one year limited parts and labor warranty. - It has tubular stainless steel legs with flanged feet for stability. - The controls are housed in a stainless steel enclosure that is water resistant. - It is equipped with a two inch compression tangent draw-off valve with a perforated strainer. - The kettle has a bar rim of either 1/4 x 5/8 inch for 20 gallons or 3/8 x 1 inch for 40 gallons and greater. - The stainless steel cover is spring assisted and has a condensate ring and drop down lift handle. - The steam kettle is electric self-contained and has a stainless steel, 2/3 jacketed floor mounted design. - The kettle liner is formed and fully welded with standard type 316 and type 304 stainless steel exterior. - The controls include a power switch, power "on" light, solid state temperature control, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, low water light, and low water shut-off. Options: - Correction facility package includes security type fasteners with tack welds and a stainless steel step over draw-off valve with chain. - The steam kettle can be configured for a 480 volt, 60 Hz, 3 phase power supply. - The 60 gallon models can be increased to 33 kW (3 phase only). - An extended limited parts and labor warranty for a second year is available. - The 40 - 60 gallon models can be increased to 24 kW (3 phase only). - There is an option for a two inch plug tangent draw-off valve with perforated strainer. - A three inch compression tangent draw-off valve with perforated strainer is also available.
