The stationary kettle is an electric appliance with a true working capacity of 60 gallons. It has a 2/3 jacketed design and a 316 series stainless steel liner with an ellipsoidal bottom. The kettle also features a spring-assisted hinged cover with a heavy-duty pivot assembly and a faucet bracket positioned 130° to the right of the draw-off.
Constructed with stainless steel, the kettle has a tri-leg base and is cULus, UL EPH, ANSI/NSF 4, and ASME certified. It comes with standard features such as a faucet bracket, embossed gallon/liter markings, a 50 psi steam jacket rating, and a one-year limited parts and labor warranty. The kettle also includes tubular stainless steel legs with flanged feet, a stainless steel enclosure for water-resistant controls, and a two-inch compression tangent draw-off valve with a perforated strainer.
Other standard features include a bar rim, a spring-assist hinged stainless steel cover with a condensate ring and drop-down lift handle, and various controls such as a power switch, power-on light, solid-state temperature control, vacuum/pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, low water light, and low water shut-off.
Optional features include a correction facility package with security type fasteners and tack welds, a stainless steel step-over draw-off valve with a chain, a 480 volt, 60 Hz, 3-phase power supply, an increase in power to 33 kW for 60-gallon models (3-phase only), and a second-year extended limited parts and labor warranty.
Additional options include an increase in power to 24 kW for 40-60 gallon models (3-phase only), a two-inch plug tangent draw-off valve with a perforated strainer, and a three-inch compression tangent draw-off valve with a perforated strainer.
Accessories that can be purchased separately include a solid disk, a stainless steel 48" whip, a double pantry pot filler with a lead-free vacuum breaker, single and double pantry lead-free faucets, a double pantry washdown hose with a lead-free vacuum breaker, a double pantry washdown hose with a 16" add-on lead-free faucet with a vacuum breaker, a clean-up kit with a draw-off brush, clean-up brush, and paddle scraper with a 40" handle, and a perforated stainless steel basket assembly for single and triple kettles.
