This electric restaurant range is 60" in size and features six 2.0 kW French hotplates with 9-1/2" round surfaces. The hotplates have infinite controls for precise temperature adjustments. Additionally, there is a 24" griddle with a polished steel plate and thermostat controls. The range also includes one standard oven and one oversized oven, each with one rack. The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, and it comes with a single-deck high shelf and 6" legs. The range operates at 208v and is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and NSF certified.
