The Endurance™ Restaurant Range by Vulcan is the perfect choice for establishments that require a reliable and high-performing range to meet their demands. This 60" range features six 30,000 BTU burners with lift-off burner heads, as well as a 24" thermostatic griddle with a 3/4" thick plate and a 4" wide front grease trough. It also includes a standard oven base on the left and a convection oven base on the right.

Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, backriser, and high shelf, this range is built to last. The fully MIG welded frame ensures durability and longevity, making it a valuable addition to any kitchen. The range is also equipped with 6" adjustable legs for added stability.

The open top burners feature a shrouded flash tube pilot system to protect against spills and boilovers. Each pair of burners is covered by a pilot, reducing gas consumption. The lift-off burners and heavy-duty grates make cleaning and maintenance a breeze.

The thermostatic griddle comes with snap action controls for precise temperature control. The 3/4" thick griddle plate ensures consistent cooking results, while the 4" wide grease trough and extra-deep crumb tray simplify grease management and cleaning.

The range includes a standard oven and a convection oven, both with baker's depth and two adjustable racks. The convection oven features a blower motor for even heat distribution, running on standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity. The ovens have thermostats adjustable between 250°F and 500°F.

With a gas requirement of 278,000 BTU/hr, this range delivers exceptional performance. It is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified, guaranteeing its quality and safety.
