The Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a gas range that features a 60" width and ten open top burners with lift-off burner heads. It also includes a standard oven on the left side and a convection oven on the right side. The range is made with a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and high shelf, and has a fully MIG welded frame. It comes with 6" adjustable legs and is CSA and NSF certified. With a total input of 358,000 BTU, this range is perfect for commercial kitchens that require a versatile and reliable cooking equipment. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames ensure durability and the shrouded flash tube pilot system reduces gas usage and prevents pilot extinguishment. The cast grates and lift-off burner heads make cleaning and maintenance easy. The ovens have two racks each and can be set to bake at temperatures between 250°F and 500°F.
