With a width of 60", it offers a combination of standard and convection ovens, open top burners, and a griddle. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded for durability. The four open top burners feature Vulcan's flash tube pilot system for protection against spills and boilovers. The cast grates and burner heads are designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The 36" wide griddle has a thick plate for consistent temperature and quick recovery, and a wide grease trough for easy grease and crumb management. The range includes both convection and standard ovens, with the convection oven featuring an electric blower for hot air circulation. The ovens have thermostats that can be set from 250°F to 500°F. The range consumes 238,000 BTU/hr of gas.
