The Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a versatile and durable option for kitchens that use natural gas. With a width of 60", this range model offers a combination of open top burners, a charbroiler, a standard oven, and a convection oven. The Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is known for its unrivaled performance and reliability. The fully MIG welded aluminized frame ensures durability and longevity. To ensure efficient gas consumption, the six open top burners are equipped with flash tube pilots. This design not only prevents the pilots from going out due to spills and boilovers but also makes cleaning and maintenance easy with its lift-off burner heads and heavy-duty cast grates. The 24" wide charbroiler features four burners with supercharger dividers. Each burner can be adjusted individually using cool-to-touch control knobs for convenient cooking. The standard oven has a width of 20-¼" while the convection oven is 26-3/18" wide. Both ovens are baker's depth and come with two racks that can be set to four positions. The convection oven includes a blower motor that operates on standard 114v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps. A 6' power cord with plug is included for easy installation. Both ovens can be set to bake at temperatures ranging from 250°F to 500°F. The gas input required for this range is 278,000 BTU/hr.
