The 60SC-4B36GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is a reliable and versatile choice for commercial kitchens. It features both convection and standard ovens, a thermostatic griddle, and open top burners. The range is constructed with stainless steel on the sides, high shelf, front, and back riser.

Vulcan's Endurance Series™ is known for its exceptional performance and durability. The aluminized frame with MIG welding ensures that this range can withstand daily use without any issues.

The four open-top burners on this range utilize Vulcan's flash tube pilot system, which reduces gas consumption and protects the pilot from spills. The cast grates and lift-off burner heads make cleaning and maintenance easy.

The 36" wide griddle on this range features thermostatic controls for precise temperature settings. The griddle plate is 7/8" thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery. A 4" wide grease trough helps manage grease and crumbs, and an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray is included for easy cleaning.

Both ovens are baker's depth, with the standard oven measuring 20-¼" wide and the convection oven measuring 26-⅞" wide. Each oven has two adjustable racks with four positions.
