The 3/4" thick griddle plate ensures consistent cooking surface temperature. Grease management is made simple with the 4" wide grease trough and extra-deep crumb tray. The standard oven base features a full baker's depth with a 26-1/2" wide opening. It comes with two racks and four positions, as well as porcelain on the bottom and door panel for insulation.
