The Vulcan 48C-2B36G Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a compact and durable option for restaurants with limited kitchen space. It features two 30,000 BTU burners with lift-off burner heads and a 36" griddle with a 7/8" thick plate. The range also includes a convection oven for versatile cooking options.

The stainless steel construction on the front, sides, back riser, and lift-off high shelf ensures durability and easy cleaning. The fully MIG welded chassis adds to the range's reliability.

The burners on this range use a shrouded flash tube pilot, which limits gas consumption and prevents the pilot from being extinguished by splashes and boilovers. The lift-off design on the burner heads and heavy-duty cast grates make cleaning and maintenance simple.

The 36" griddle provides ample cooking space, and the 4" wide front grease trough and extra-deep crumb tray make grease management easy.

The convection oven base features a 115v/60/1-ph blower that evenly distributes heat. The oven cavity is 25-½" wide and includes two oven racks for plenty of cooking space. The thermostat allows for baking temperatures between 250°F and 500°F.
