The Endurance™ Restaurant Range by Vulcan is the perfect choice for commercial kitchens in need of a range with a larger griddle area and multiple burners. This 36" wide range unit is constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, back riser, and high shelf, ensuring durability and longevity.

The Endurance Series™ is known for its exceptional performance in the restaurant-grade range market. With a sturdy aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this range can withstand daily use without any issues. Vulcan's restaurant gas ranges are designed to meet the demands of commercial kitchens, allowing orders to be filled and served quickly and efficiently.

The twin open top burners on this range share a single pilot, which utilizes a shrouded flash tube. This design not only saves on gas consumption but also protects the pilot from spills and boilovers. The lift-off burner heads and cast grates make maintenance simple and ensure long-lasting durability.

Featuring a 24" wide griddle, this range provides ample space to handle multiple items. The griddle plate is 3/4" thick, ensuring consistent temperature and quick recovery. Additionally, a 4" wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs, while an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray simplifies emptying.

The standard oven at the base of this range measures 26-1/2" wide and has a baker's depth. It comes with two oven racks that can be adjusted to four positions. The oven is well-insulated with porcelain on the bottom and door panel. The oven thermostat can be adjusted from 250°F to 500°F.
