The Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" griddle and a 3/4" thick plate. It features thermostatic controls and a standard oven. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf, making it easy to clean and maintain. The chassis is fully MIG welded for durability. The range also has 6" adjustable legs for added convenience. It has a gas input of 95,000 BTU and is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. This range is perfect for restaurants that want a hassle-free cooking experience with a full griddle top. The griddle has a snap action thermostat for precise control and a ?" thick griddle plate for consistent cooking temperature. It also has a 4" wide front grease trough and an extra-deep crumb tray for easy grease management. The standard oven has a baker's depth of 26-?" and comes with two racks that can be adjusted to four different positions. The oven is insulated with porcelain on the door panel and oven bottom and has an adjustable thermostat from 250°F to 500°F.
