The Vulcan Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a gas-powered, 36-inch wide range that features a griddle with a 7/8-inch thick plate and thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The griddle is mounted on top of a convection oven base. 

This range is built to last, with its stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and lift-off high shelf. The fully MIG welded chassis ensures durability and reliability, even in high-output kitchen environments. The range also comes with 6-inch adjustable legs for easy installation and leveling.

The griddle on this range is equipped with thermostatic controls, allowing for easy temperature adjustment and consistent cooking results. The 7/8-inch thick griddle plate provides even heat distribution and eliminates hot and cold spots. The range also features a 4-inch wide front grease trough for easy grease removal, as well as a pull-out crumb tray for convenient cleaning.

The convection oven base of this range is powered by a 115v/60/1-ph blower, which evenly distributes heat throughout the oven cavity. The oven cavity measures 26-½ inches wide and offers full baker's depth, providing ample cooking space. The oven also comes with two oven racks and a thermostat that can be set between 250°F and 500°F, allowing for a wide range of baking temperatures.

This range requires 95,000 BTU/hr of gas to operate. It is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified, ensuring its safety and compliance with industry standards.
