The Endurance™ Restaurant Range by Vulcan is a gas range with a 36" griddle and a standard oven. It is designed to be compact while still providing all the necessary features for a restaurant kitchen. The range is made with stainless steel construction, including the back riser, high shelf, front, and sides, making it durable and easy to clean. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames ensure reliability and performance. The griddle has a 3/4" thick plate for consistent cooking temperature and a 4" wide grease trough for easy grease management. The standard oven is 26-1/2" wide and has two oven racks that can be adjusted to four different positions. The oven is well insulated with porcelain bottom and door panels. The thermostat can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F. The range consumes 95,000 BTU/hr of gas.
