The Endurance™ Restaurant Range by Vulcan is a natural gas range that offers a compact design with top burners and a charbroiler. With a width of 36", it takes up minimal space while providing versatility for your kitchen. The range is built to last with stainless steel construction on the back riser, high shelf, sides, and front. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames ensure reliability and durability. 

The twin open top burners feature a single pilot with a shrouded flash tube, saving on gas consumption and protecting the pilot from spills. The lift-off burner heads and cast grates make maintenance simple and provide long-lasting durability. 

For efficient charbroiling, the range includes a 24" charbroiler with four burners and supercharger dividers. Each burner has its own control knob, designed to stay cool to the touch for easy adjustment. 

The standard oven is 26-?” wide and baker's depth, with two racks and four positions. The oven is well-insulated with porcelain on the door panel and oven bottom. The thermostat can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
