The Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 36" griddle and a convection oven. It features a 7/8" thick griddle plate for consistent temperature and quick recovery, as well as a 4" wide front grease trough for easy grease and crumb management. The range is made of stainless steel, including the front, sides, back riser, and lift-off high shelf, ensuring durability and longevity.

The range is fully MIG welded, with a sturdy chassis that can withstand daily use. It also comes with 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling. The range has a total BTU rating of 95,000 and is CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.

The convection oven in this range uses a 115v/60/1-ph 4.0 amp blower to quickly distribute heat. It has a 26-?” wide opening and baker's depth, providing ample space for baking. The oven thermostat can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
