The Dealer's Choice Compact Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a low profile flat cover and can hold up to 30 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The back of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The exterior back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The refrigerator has a hinged left/right door and is rear mounted with self-contained refrigeration. It also comes with six 4" casters and has a 1/4 HP motor. The refrigerator is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug attached, an interior mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five year compressor warranty, a three year parts and labor warranty, anodized aluminum interior door liners, environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, and a reversible, full length white nylon cutting board. The refrigerator also has a front breathing self-contained refrigeration system, a high quality stainless steel exterior, and a durable, corrosion resistant anodized aluminum interior. It comes with a stainless steel insulated pan lid with two open positions and a set of four 6" high adjustable legs. The refrigerator also has a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans leveled. The doors are self-closing stainless steel doors with a convenient stay open feature at 105 degrees. The refrigerator provides NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans.
Optional accessory kits are available for the refrigerator, including additional shelves for different models and upper and lower shelves for specific sizes. There are also different caster sets available for different models. All optional accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation.
Factory installed options for the refrigerator include other door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction, hardware, and insulation of the refrigerator are of high quality. The cabinet exterior front, sides, pan lid, and doors are made of 22 gauge stainless steel, while the cabinet interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum.
