It features a low profile flat cover, two drawers, and a one-section design. The top rail can hold nine 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, and the drawers can hold six 1/6 pans per drawer. Both the top rail and drawers can accommodate pans up to 6" deep.
The refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and drawers, with an anodized aluminum interior. The back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. It has rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters for easy mobility. The unit has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Standard features include an 8' cord and plug, an interior-mounted thermometer, a five-year compressor warranty, magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets, a three-year parts and labor warranty, and a 16-gauge stainless steel drawer with slide. It also has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, and a front-breathing self-contained refrigeration system.
The refrigerator is designed to save valuable floor space as it can be placed right up against the back wall and alongside other kitchen equipment. It meets the NSF 7 Standard and can even accommodate 6" deep top pans. It also has a reinforced top pan ledge to securely hold pans level.

The construction of the refrigerator includes 22-gauge stainless steel for the exterior front, sides, pan lid, and drawers. The cabinet interior is made of anodized aluminum, and the exterior back and bottom are galvanized steel. The unit is insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. It comes with a 3/4" thick, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board.
The refrigerator comes with its full complement of 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The insulated lift-up pan cover is made of stainless steel and is easily removable for cleaning.
