The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that is 72" wide. It comes with a roll-top lid that serves as an overshelf and can hold up to 24 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included), but can also accommodate pans up to 6" deep. The exterior of the refrigerator is made of stainless steel, including the top, sides, and doors, which have a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are galvanized. The refrigerator has rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and comes with six 4" casters. It has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior-mounted thermometer, magnetic snap-in door gaskets, a five-year compressor warranty, and a three-year parts and labor warranty. It also has anodized aluminum interior door liners, uses environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant, and has an automatic non-electric condensate evaporator. The refrigerator has a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans level, a reversible full-length white nylon cutting board, and self-closing stainless steel doors with a stay-open feature at 105 degrees. It meets NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans.
Optional accessory kits are available for additional shelves and different caster heights. The refrigerator also offers factory installed options for different door hingings and a stainless steel finished back.
The construction of the refrigerator includes a stainless steel exterior, anodized aluminum interior, and galvanized steel back and bottom. The doors are self-closing and have a vinyl magnetic door gasket for a tight seal. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigerator comes with 4" deep plastic 1/6 size pans and stainless steel pan dividers. The pan cover and lid are made of stainless steel and are easily removable for cleaning.
The refrigeration system is rear-mounted, front-breathing, and self-contained. It uses R-134a refrigerant and features a capillary tube metering device, an air-cooled hermetic compressor, a forced air evaporator coil, and a non-electric condensate evaporator
