The Dealer's Choice Compact Sandwich and Salad Prep Table Refrigerator is a one-section reach-in refrigerator that is 27" wide. It comes with a low-profile flat cover and can hold up to six 1/6 pans that are 4" deep (included). It can also accommodate pans that are up to 6" deep. The refrigerator has a stainless steel exterior top, sides, and door with a Santoprene® EZ-Clean Gasket. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are galvanized. It has rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and comes with four 4" casters. The refrigerator has a 1/5 HP motor and is cULus and NSF certified. Some of the standard features of the refrigerator include metal door handles, an 8' cord and plug, an interior-mounted thermometer, and magnetic snap-in door gaskets. It also comes with a five-year compressor warranty and a three-year parts and labor warranty. The refrigerator has a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board and a front-breathing self-contained refrigeration system. It has a high-quality stainless steel exterior and a durable, corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum interior. The doors are self-closing and have a convenient stay-open feature at 105 degrees. The refrigerator meets NSF Standard 7 performance, even when using 6" deep pans, which is a Traulsen exclusive feature. It comes with a set of four 6" high adjustable legs and a reinforced pan ledge to securely hold pans leveled. The top of the refrigerator has cut-outs to accommodate sixth size pans, and divider bars and 4" deep plastic sixth size pans are provided. The standard work height is 36-1/4", but optional accessory kits are available to provide lower work heights or meet ADA requirements. Optional accessory kits include additional shelves, upper and lower shelves for specific models, and different height casters. All optional accessory kits are shipped separately for field installation. The refrigerator is constructed with 22-gauge stainless steel for the exterior front, sides, pan lid, and doors. The interior and door liners are made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior back and bottom are galvanized steel. The doors have a vinyl magnetic door gasket for a tight seal and are easily removable for cleaning. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick high-density, non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
