The Centerline™ Compact Sandwich Prep Table is a 27" wide unit with self-contained rear-mount refrigeration. It has a capacity for (8) 1/6 pans (pans not included) and features a right hinged door that is field reversible. The table also includes a 12" deep removable cutting board and a roll top lid. It has an electronic control with LED display and comes with (2) epoxy coated shelves per section. The exterior is made of stainless steel and the interior is made of anodized aluminum. The table is equipped with (4) casters for easy mobility. It uses R450A refrigerant and has a 1/4 HP compressor. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 4.0 amps and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
